Will Facebook Really Work To Get Real Estate Listings?

 

Last week I was asked whether or not Facebook was a good platform to run ads for realtors. My answer was an emphatic yes! Of course the next question was: okay, how?

And actually there are a few different markets Facebook is able to get you in front of.

  1. People looking to list their home soon. (These are the ones I show you how to find in the video above).
  2. People looking to buy home.
  3. And, people interested in investing in real estate.

Why I believe Facebook is the most powerful ad platform on the planet right now and how and why you should be using it.

First of all, they have more active users on the site than anyone other than Google (and now and then Facebook actually takes the top spot from Google).

With 71 million users in the United States alone who spend an average of 40 minutes per day on Facebook, you’re clients and future clients are there.

The question is only, how do you reach them.
